Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using 2F4N, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is a browser-based website; no native mobile application is promised.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require email verification or additional security checks.

3. Credits and prices

2F4N sells one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. Credits expire 30 days after the applicable purchase or grant unless the offer explicitly gives a longer period. They are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and the oldest expiring balance is used first.

Before you confirm a generation, the interface shows the exact credit charge for the selected model and settings. A failed job is not finally charged, or its reservation is released, according to the displayed job status. Taxes, currency and total payment are shown before checkout confirmation.

4. AI generation and providers

Models may vary in availability, latency, output and provider rules. 2F4N does not promise that a result will be unique, accurate, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Prompts may be translated or optimized only when you enable that option; the original and optimized prompt are kept separately where the feature is offered.

Normal models follow their providers’ rules. The separately managed adult lane follows its disclosed provider and activation rules. Its publication state is controlled by the platform administrator independently from payment availability.

5. Your content and rights

You retain rights you hold in uploads and prompts. You grant 2F4N and the selected suppliers a limited license to host, copy, transform and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must have all necessary rights, permissions and lawful bases for people and material appearing in your input.

Rights in AI outputs can differ by country and provider. We do not guarantee copyright, exclusivity, publicity-right clearance or commercial eligibility; check the selected model’s disclosed terms before commercial use.

6. Prohibited use

We may block a request, preserve required evidence, suspend access or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, enforce provider contracts or secure the service.

• Any sexual content involving or depicting a person under 18, including synthetic or ambiguous-age material.
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or an unauthorized sexual deepfake of a real person.
• Illegal content, trafficking, coercion, credible threats, harassment, doxxing or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
• Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or data-protection rights; impersonation intended to defraud.
• Malware, credential theft, platform abuse, rate-limit evasion, resale of access, or interference with security controls.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but maintenance, provider outages and force-majeure events can interrupt it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or unforeseeable losses are excluded and any remaining contractual limit will be stated consistently with mandatory law.

8. Ending use, changes and law

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may change these Terms prospectively; material changes receive reasonable notice where required. Applicable mandatory protections and competent consumer forums remain available.
