Credit & Refund Policy

1. One-time credit packs

2F4N does not sell a recurring subscription. Each checkout is a one-time credit purchase. The checkout shows credits, price, currency, taxes, the 30-day validity period and total before payment.

2. Thirty-day validity

Purchased or granted credits expire 30 days after the applicable transaction unless the offer expressly provides longer validity. The balance screen shows the earliest expiry. Expired credits are removed automatically and have no cash value, subject always to mandatory consumer law.

3. Generation charges and technical failures

The exact charge appears before generation. Credits may be reserved while a job runs. When a provider or platform failure produces no usable completed result, the reservation is released or the charged credits are restored automatically. A result that merely differs from subjective expectations is not by itself a technical failure.

4. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period, commonly 14 days in Türkiye and the EEA. The scope and exceptions depend on whether digital content or a service has begun with the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement. 2F4N will not treat a right as waived unless the checkout captured every consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law.

For an eligible request, the refund is calculated using the unused portion, services already fully performed at the consumer’s request, payment-provider reversals and mandatory law. Fraud, chargeback abuse or prohibited use does not create an additional contractual refund right, without limiting non-waivable rights.

5. How to request a review

Contact support with the account email, transaction identifier, date and reason. Do not send card details. We acknowledge the request, investigate account and job records, and return an approved refund through the original payment method within the legally required period.
