1. Controller and scope

2F4N processes account, payment, support and platform data for the 2f4n.com website and its browser-based workspace.

2. Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, language and security settings.
• Purchase data: package, amount, currency, transaction status, invoice and fraud-prevention records. 2F4N does not receive or store full card details handled by the contracted payment provider.
• Creation data: prompts, negative prompts, uploaded reference media, model settings, generated outputs and technical job records.
• Library and preference data: folders, favorites, deleted items, panel width, prompt-optimizer settings and consent choices.
• Technical data: IP-derived country, browser/device information, security logs and, only with permission, template impression and preview analytics.
• Support data: messages, attachments and the information needed to resolve a request.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create and secure accounts, perform generation and storage requests, display balances, complete purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal duties and defend legal claims. Depending on the jurisdiction, the legal basis is contract performance, compliance with law, legitimate interests such as service security, or consent for optional analytics and marketing.

Optional analytics remains off unless you choose “Accept analytics”. Refusing it does not block the core service.

4. AI providers, recipients and transfers

The prompt and media needed for a selected model may be sent to the provider shown before generation. Hosting, database, email, object-storage, monitoring, support and payment suppliers process only the data required for their role. Provider-specific retention, training and regional-transfer terms must be disclosed in the model or checkout interface when relevant.

Where data leaves your country, we use the transfer mechanism required by applicable law and assess the recipient before activation. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and library data is kept while the account is active and then deleted or anonymized after applicable legal, security and backup periods. Payment and accounting records are retained for statutory periods. Security logs and optional analytics use documented, limited retention windows. Deleting a library item moves it to the trash first; the interface states the permanent-deletion timing.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about recipients, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, and review of significant automated decisions. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Send requests through the account support channel available in 2F4N. We may verify identity before acting and will respond within the legally required period.

7. Security, age and changes

We use access controls, encryption in transit, secret isolation, audit records and tested recovery procedures. No online system can guarantee absolute security. 2F4N is for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Material changes are dated and, where required, notified in the product or by email.
